Luma Concierge brings hotel services, guest requests, and team operations together in one space. A guest orders a service from a phone or tablet, a staff member receives the request and manages it through to completion, and the owner manages the catalog, the team, and monitors results.
The guide consists of three standalone parts. The owner can use the first to launch the service, the manager the second for daily work, and the guest the third to explore the hotel's offerings.

The set of services and additional sections depends on the hotel and room settings.
From order to completion
- Guest: selects a service in the catalog and submits a request.
- Manager: accepts the request, assigns a staff member, and updates the status.
- Guest: sees readiness and confirms receipt of the service.
- Manager: checks payment or charge in accordance with the service terms.
- Owner: sees the result in the summary and can review the team's work history.
This way, the guest, staff member, and owner share the same context: what was ordered, what stage the work is at, and what result has been recorded.
Choose your guide
